What do you think of these rankings? (top 5 positions college football seniors/juniors)?
any one from Michigan sucks, put som more Ohio State up there
Reply:Your entitled to your opinion that OSU sucks, but do you really not think James Laurenitis is in the top 5 linebackers? Or are you talking about the draft? Hester played tailback this season. Joe Flacco the top QB? You and his mother are the only ones that think that. Personally I would have that kid out of Oregon at the top spot. What was his team's record with him, and then without him? Dorsey was probably the best player period, so no doubt he was the top D lineman. LSU was a decent team when he was hurt, and the best team in the country when he was healthy. Other than that, your list isn't to bad. Running back you kind of missed the ball, too. Hart healthy was the second best back, and Mendy wasn't that good. There were a ton of good backs this year, that would probably be the hardest position to rank.
Reply:It seems fine- except for Joe Flaco. He is probably four or five, but not one.
Reply:I like Flacco, too, but he probably won't be any better than the fourth or fifth QB drafted (and any one of these guys could end up being the next Ryan Leaf [Heaven forbid!]). I don't think as highly of Henne as you do. He's just never seemed that impressive to me. I think you've given Mike Hart a bit more than his due, but you never know. I think Jackson's better than Manningham, but, again, you never know. All in all, it's a good list
Reply:Where's Ray Rice? :S
Reply:Matt Ryan is widely considered the #1 pick due to his output against higher level competition, and I would have to agree with that. Flacco definitely has the intangibles though. I think Hester is the #1 FB more so because of his versatility. Not that Schmitt isn't versatile, just not on the same level as Hester. I think Dorsey needs to be classified as an interior linemen, because most scouts are projecting him as a nose in the 3-4 scheme. Larry Grant from Ohio State should probably crack the top 5 backers as well. Rodgers-Cromartie has to be the leading corner after his tremendous senior bowl performance, and Talib should be ahead of Flowers in my opinion. Craig Steltz needs to be somewhere on the safeties list, probably ahead of Adams, Decoud, and Wolfe! Where are kickers?
Reply:Wow -good job.. im surprised you didnt pick the order they would go in the first round and to who. ♪♪♪
Reply:Aqib Talib 5th? Who are you kidding? Rashard Mendenhall is better than Mcfadden and Joe Flacco doesnt have nothing on Matt Ryan.
